Jury Nullification: Power to the People!

Why do elected representatives and police state want you to try to get out of Jury Duty. Because the Jury System is the power of the people. Let me explain.

Congress and the President of the United States do not pass Laws or make Law. They pass Legislation. They want you to believe Legislation is Law but it is not.

We the People are the Government in the United States of America and we exercise our power of Government when we sit on a Jury.

The Judge, the Lawyers and your elected Representatives won’t tell you the truth of the power of the People.

When you sit on a Jury your power is three fold. First you are to determine if the Legislation the defendant was arrested on is in fact a Law. If you think marijuana should be legal then as a Jury member you can declare legislation against marijuana to be unenforceable and find the defendant “not guilt” of breaking the Law as you’ve just declared the Law invalid. You are the Government. As you are the Government sitting in judgement of someone you decide the verdict based on the Law of the People and you are one of the twelve People on the Jury.

You can also find a defendant “not guilty” in you think the punishment for the crime is too harsh.

So as WethePeople are the Government and we sit in judgement not only of the defendant but in judgement of the legislation used to charge the defendant and in judgement of the punishment given to the defendant. The Power of the People is in the Jury system of Jury Nullification. You are sitting on a Jury not to follow the commands of a Judge, the Judge is their to help you with the legalese and is suppose to tell you your rights and responsibilities of sitting on a Jury as the Government which is the real Judge of any Legislation.

This is the hidden legal secret which seeks to rob you of your power as the Government. The Government has already been taken over when you believe Legislation from Washington D.C. is Government Laws. They are not the Government, you and I are the Government!!

What is your recourse of grieves against our elected Representatives? The Jury system. The Judge, the Lawyers, the police officer are enforcing the Legislation. The Judge, the Lawyers, the Police Officer are not Judge & Jury. WethePeople are the Judge and Jury. WethePeople are the Government!

If you believe that the Judges, Lawyers, Police officers and elected Representatives are the Government then you’ve abdicated your power to the Police State.

WethePeople are the Government. We sit on a Jury to Judge the Legislation, then the guilt or innocence of the accused and the harshness of the punishment. If we live in a society that does not recognize the Jury System of Jury Nullification of WethePeople then WethePeople live in a Police State.

Your free as long as the power of Governance lys with WethePeople. Any other system of Governance is a Police State.

What was intended by the right to trial by jury in the Bill or Rights. Thomas Jefferson said in 1782 (Notes on Virginia):

…it is usual for the jurors to decide the fact, and to refer the law arising on it to the decision of the judges. But this division of the subject lies with their discretion only. And if the question relate to any point of public liberty, or if it be one of those in which the judges may be suspected of bias, the jury undertake to decide both law and fact.what was intended by the right to trial by jury in the Bill or Rights.
